Employee Details in Your Learning

The Employee Details window provides managers with a detailed view of each employee's training.

 

STEP 1 Open Your Learning in Manager Mode.
STEP 2 Click the My Employees tab to see all your current direct reports.

 

STEP 3 Click any employee tile to open Employee Details for that employee.

This window arranges your employee's information into four sections—Profile, Courses, Certification Programs and Course Statistics.

Confirm your employee's language preference setting from their Profile. Use the three links in this section for different views of progress in specific courses and programs.

Preview the status of three courses from the Courses section. Use the link to view all assigned courses.

 

If there are any assigned certification programs, preview and link to those in the Certification Programs area.

Course Statistics gives you an at-a-glance breakdown of training performance.
